Our Managing Partner, Tirso Gracia, together with fellow classmates from the Autonomous University, created C’PAC in 1985, which is now known as Fundació Autoocupació. Our partners are members and secretaries of its business association at present.

This organisation was founded as a result of the desire to help young entrepreneurs become self-employed and provide them with the knowledge to do so successfully. Autoocupació has become a leader in creating companies, business networks and jobs.

Likewise, the foundation is part of the “Young Business Spain” mentoring network, which in turn belongs to the “Young Business International” network, which is headed by Prince Charles of England. The goal of this network is to provide young entrepreneurs with a free mentoring service to accompany them on their journey.
Furthermore, Autoocupació manages the Reempresa programme, which aims to ensure the survival of businesses. It helps put owners of businesses who are nearing retirement in touch with other entrepreneurs for the continuity of their businesses. Thanks to this programme, more than 7,000 jobs were saved.

Our Managing Partner is a member of the Social Council of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, which is its highest governing body. What’s more, he forms part of the University/Company Committee, which aims to promote the interaction of university knowledge with business innovation.

Our contribution to the situation wrought by the Covid-19 pandemic and the State of Emergency has been to provide free legal advice to SMEs that are members of the CECOT business association, to help mitigate the effects of this situation.

Lastly, Galibier is committed to the implementation of sporting values—particularly those of cycling—in business organisations.
